Project Costs

Our design process is set up to assist those who are working on medium to large renovation projects or new construction. As a guideline, we use these minimums to direct our future clients:

Renovation projects

Minimum project investment of $500,000
New Construction

Minimum project investments of $1,500,000

Billing Process

Design work is unique to each client’s needs. Therefore, we begin with an upfront consultation, approximately one hour, to assess and determine the overall scope of the project. Once we determine an agreed-upon design direction to move forward, an Interior Design Agreement will be emailed, which includes details pertaining to purchases, invoices, hourly fees, payments and more. Once signed, your project will begin as discussed until completion.
